Mall of the Emirates, the ultimate leisure, entertainment and shopping resort opened on September 28th 2005. Strategically located in the heart of what is now deemed ‘New Dubai’, this 223,000 square meter centre offers a full range of shopping, leisure, and entertainment.

Mall of the Emirates features 466 international brands including department stores, fashion, lifestyle, sports, electronics and home furnishing outlets, the largest Carrefour in the city and over 60 stores that are unique to the centre. The compelling family leisure offer includes a Magic Planet family entertainment area, a 14-screen multiplex cinema, the world-renowned Ski Dubai, a five star Kempinski Hotel, DUCTAC, the Mall's 500-seat community theatre and accompanying arts centre, and 70 coffeeshops and restaurants.

The Mall is undergoing its largest ever expansion program with just under half a billion dirhams to be invested in new space and is due to be completed by the end of 2010. The project will see the addition of increased facilities for shopping, dining and parking, a direct link for Dubai Metro commuters and increased parking spaces to accomodate 750 vehicles.

This landmark development within the MAF Properties portfolio welcomed over 30 million visitors in the calendar year of 2008, thanks to its burgeoning reputation amongst residents and tourists alike.

You will find absolutely the largest number of stores under one roof and the widest variety of shopping at Mall of the Emirates, from designer brands to teen fashion, furniture, electronics, accessories, jewellery, shoes, bags, toys, books…anything you could possibly wish for!

Harvey Nichols and Debenhams open their largest stores in the region at Mall of the Emirates, while 66 outlets including Aizone, Bois & Chiffon, Reiss, M Missoni and Marc Jacobs make their Middle East debut with us. With stores grouped in themed precincts and the two levels of the mall inter-connected by a network of escalators and travelators, shopping is a pleasure.
