Dubai International Bowling Center | Sport

Dubai International Bowling Centre is a state of the art bowling and recreation centre established in May 2001. It operates 36 synthetic Brunswick lanes at par with international standards in a facility which is the biggest and latest of its kind in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The centre is envisioned to provide a modern venue for bowlers of all skills as well as a one-stop recreational destination for everyone.

In July 2001, the centre hosted its first international tournament, the 11th FIQ-WTBA Asian Youth Tenpin Bowling Championships, which was participated in by 16 Asian Countries.

Since its opening, DIBC has attracted bowling enthusiasts from around the UAE and Gulf Countries. More than 5,000 visitors were received in the centre to participate in organized leagues and tournaments regularly as well as to experience bowling in a state of the art environment. With further developments in the area surrounding the center and a significant increase in the number of enthusiasts taking on this game, the number of visitors will have a corresponding increase. Dubai International Bowling Centre has also used the best technology with a direct connection to Dubai Satellite Channel to cover all major sporting events for broadcast in the Middle East and the rest of the World.

Strategically located in the Al Mamzar district, opposite Al Shabab Club and Century Mall, the bowling centre allows easy access for its customers with ample car parking for over 250 cars.
